As we come towards the end of a very positive and successful year for our company, we wanted to say a huge “THANK YOU” to all of the people who have supported us over the last 12 months.
We cannot express how much we appreciate that you have purchased one (or more!) of our gemstones this year, because that enables us to fulfil one of our key goals as a business.
As many of you know, we support Kandy Kids, a charity that works with orphans and underprivileged children in Sri Lanka. From our profits and through other fundraising activities, we have contributed around £2000 to Kandy Kids this year. With this money, the charity will be able to finance projects in 2014, such as building a safe play area at one orphanage and installing some new swings at another. Kandy Kids also hopes to extend its good work to help a home for disabled children.
This makes a real difference to the lives of the children and it is all possible because of your continued support.
