Why aren’t there many stones listed on the website?
This is a brand-new website, and we’re adding stones gradually. We have thousands of gemstones, but photographing, filming, and uploading detailed information takes time.
Please bear with us while we build up our online inventory.
If you’d like to see the full selection, the best way is to visit us in person, either when the gemstones are in London or at one of the many events we attend around the country.

Why isn’t there a bargain box on the website?
Our bargain box stones are available in person only.
If you’re keen to grab one, make sure you visit us at an event. They are always popular and tend to go quickly.

It’s also really helpful to let us know which of these is most important to you. For example:

If you’re set on an orange sapphire, availability can be limited, but we may have excellent orange tourmalines.

If you’re looking for a small purple sapphire, it’s often the case that we have more purple spinels available.
The more detail you give us, the better we can match your request.
I’m looking for a gemstone that I can’t see listed on the website.
There are some stones we don’t have at all, and others that we only have in very small quantities. Even if you can’t see what you’re looking for online, it’s always worth checking.
Simply drop us a line and we’ll let you know what we have (or don’t have) in stock.
The price keeps flickering when I’m logged into my account. Why?
We’re using a brand-new app, and while we’re really happy with how it works overall, there are still a few glitches. We’re actively working with the developers to fix these issues.

Do I get a VAT receipt?
Yes. All prices include VAT, and you should be able to use the Shopify receipt in your account as your VAT receipt.
How do I get a trade account?
Please follow the trade registration form, and we’ll verify your account as soon as possible.
If you haven’t done business with us before, you may be asked to complete a few extra steps or chat with us via email.
Please bear with us if you apply in the evening, over a weekend, or during holidays, as we may not be checking messages immediately.
If something is urgent, please send us an email and we’ll do our best to get back to you quickly.
I need my gemstone to arrive tomorrow. Is that possible?
We always do our best to send gemstones out as quickly as possible. However, please note that we’re often on the road and don’t operate from a fixed office space.

Next-day delivery will depend on timing and whether we’re able to get to the post office in time, so please do check with us before ordering.
